In Phantom Blade Zero's trailer, players face seven trials , a group of warriors corrupted by the process called transcension . The combat occurs in two distinct phases, each with unique challenges.
In the first stage, six group members, dressed in white, attack in sync while the leader, Decree , commands the fight. He has the ability to heal himself by sacrificing the lives of his allies or even bring them back to combat, requiring players to attack at the right time to prevent their regeneration.
